In my career, I have directly seen and experienced how mergers, acquisitions, new hires, downsizing, promotions, and changes within teams are some of the numerous challenges that easily become stressors for managers and employees. A counselling intervention can be tremendously effective in such circumstances.

I assist companies in providing managers and employees with the necessary space, time, and privacy for addressing personal issues affecting their well-being, and in accessing counseling and support when needed.

The main focus is on viewing an organization holistically, not as separate elements. In the workplace, this Gestalt approach is especially valuable for issues of leadership, communication, creativity, cooperation, teamwork, change, conflict, negotiation, stress, time management, crises, self-confidence, and understanding.

Counselling projects benefit companies regardless of their size or whether they have an EAP. A tailored counselling project helps to build a healthy workplace where people can increase their sense of belonging and face issues that affect organizational life and each member of the system.

Interventions, completely confidential, focus on, but aren’t limited to, stress/anxiety management, work–life balance, crisis support, and manager/executive coaching.
